Elavon, part of U.S. Bank, wanted to raise brand awareness across Europe. The aim was to highlight how their payment processing can benefit small businesses.
But payment processing is complex and intangible - how do you show something you can’t see? Rather than simplifying the complexity, we leaned into it with a bold question to our audience, "Have you ever wondered what happens when you take a payment?”.
This inspired the In-Between, a vibrant, 3D animated space that visualises the unseen processes behind every transaction. Instead of focusing on technical details, the campaign reassured audiences with a clear message: Elavon takes care of all the complexities so you don’t have to.
We produced every aspect of this campaign, creating two videos, one focusing on payments in-person and the other online payments.
The campaign launched with the 60-second hero films, supported by radio, print, and digital ads. By turning the unseen into something eye-catching, the campaign made Elavon’s offering understandable and relatable to SMEs.
This campaign proved that taking a bold creative leap pays off. By embracing a fresh, unexpected approach, Elavon didn’t just raise brand awareness, they stood out amongst the competition.
